A screenshot that has been doing the rounds online suggests Bianca Belair should not have been crowned the winner of Sunday's women's Royal Rumble.
There were a lot of moments from Sunday's Royal Rumble that left fans very happy. However, the number one moment for many was Bianca Belair winning the women's Royal Rumble. Even though Belair was one of the favorites to win the match, and her victory was almost expected, it didn't make it any less special when it actually happened.
The trouble is, some fans are now disputing whether Belair should have won at all. A screenshot from the match that has been circulating online appears to show both of Belair's feet hitting the floor at the same time. Long-time Rumble watchers will know that if both a Superstar's feet hit the floor at the same time, they're eliminated from the match.

The moment happened shortly after Charlotte Flair was eliminated from the match. Only Belair and Rhea Ripley remained and at one point both Superstars were hanging from the top rope, mere inches from being eliminated. However, the image below seems to show that Belair wasn't close to being eliminated, she actually should have been out of the match.
There are some arguments to be made, and the battle between those who think Belair's feet touched and fans who think they didn't rages on online. There's an argument to be made that a shadow can be seen under one of Belair's feet, indicating that it isn't quite touching the floor. It also looks like that if her foot is touching the floor, it's actually on the apron, which means her status as Rumble winner would be safe.
WWE didn't show a replay of the incident which suggests it didn't want to shed light on the possibility that Ripley has a claim to the Rumble crown. However, the attention the screenshot has drawn online might force WWE's hand before Belair presumably makes her first TV appearance since her win this Friday on SmackDown. Considering the stock the company has put into Belair these last few weeks, the likelihood is the controversy is ignored entirely.
