The Celtic Warrior Sheamus broke into the scenes in WWE in 2009, making his debut in the ECW brand. His impressive in-ring work and the portrayal of his villainous character got him into the Raw brand within three months since his debut.

Sheamus shocked the world when he defeated John Cena in a Tables Match at the 2009 TLC PPV to win the WWE Championship. Since that moment there has been no looking back for Sheamus, as he grew into one of the most decorated superstars in the company.

The Celtic Warrior has been a part of nine WrestleMania events so far and has been in high-profile matches at the PPV. With that said, let's take a look at every WrestleMania match of Sheamus' career.

9 United States Title Match Against Daniel Bryan - WrestleMania 27

WrestleMania 27 was all about The Rock and John Cena, so Sheamus had to settle for a less significant match on the pre-show. The Celtic Warrior walked into the event as the United States Champion to defend the title against Daniel Bryan in a lumberjack match.

The match lasted just four minutes before ending in a draw after interference from the lumberjacks. SmackDown General Manager Teddy Long walked out and made it into an over the top rope Battle Royal.

Sheamus survived until the last two in the match but couldn't get the job done as he got thrown over the top rope by the Great Khali.

8 Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal - WrestleMania 30

Sheamus had to settle for another less significant match at WrestleMania 30, as the main focus of the event was Daniel Bryan's road to winning the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.

The Celtic Warrior competed in the inaugural Andre the Giant memorial battle royal. Sheamus tried to make most of the opportunity given to him, and he salvaged some pride by eliminating Fandango & Kofi Kingston.

Sheamus managed to survive until the final four in the match, but couldn't go any further as he eliminated himself trying to take Alberto Del Rio out of the match, leaving Cesaro to pick up the victory.

7 Raw Tag Team Title Match - WrestleMania 34

Sheamus & Cesaro were the Raw Tag Team Champions heading into WrestleMania 34, and they were to defend the titles against Braun Strowman and a mystery partner.

Braun Strowman earned the opportunity when he won a No.1 contender's tag team battle royal all by himself on the March 12, 2018, episode of Raw. The Monster Among Man announced he would reveal his partner at WrestleMania, and he raised some eyebrows when he picked a 10-year-old fan called Nicholas as his partner.

Strowman single-handedly defeated Sheamus & Cesaro at the event, making Nicholas the youngest champion of any kind in WWE history.

6 SmackDown Tag Team Title Match - WrestleMania 35

After losing the SmackDown Tag Team Championships to Shane McMahon & The Miz at the 2019 Royal Rumble PPV, Sheamus & Cesaro looked to regain the title at WrestleMania 35.

They lost a no.1 contenders match against The Usos on the SmackDown following the Royal Rumble, and Jimmy & Jey went on to win the titles from Shane McMahon & The Miz at the 2019 Elimination Chamber PPV.

The Usos put the titles on the line in a fatal four-way tag team match at WrestleMania 35, which also included Sheamus & Cesaro. The ending saw Jimmy & Jey performing a double splash on Sheamus to retain the title.

5 Six-Man Tag Team Match - WrestleMania 29

The Celtic Warrior became a frequent target of the Shield after the 2012 Royal Rumble PPV, and he tried to get even with the trio by aligning with John Cena & Ryback. However, the babyface trio couldn’t overcome the Hounds of Justice when they faced off at Elimination Chamber.

Sheamus continued to get targeted by the Shield after the event, and this time he united with Randy Orton and The Big Show to take out the heel trio.

The two teams locked horns at WrestleMania 29, but the Hounds of Justice prevailed when Roman Reigns laid out Randy Orton with a spear.

4 Fatal Four-Way Ladder Match - WrestleMania 33

After Sheamus & Cesaro lost the Raw Tag Team Championships to Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson at the 2017 Royal Rumble PPV, they looked to regain the titles at WrestleMania 33.

The Bar walked into WrestleMania to compete in a triple-threat tag team ladder match for the titles, but the hosts of the event The New Day announced the returning Hardy Boyz as the fourth team for the contest.

Jeff Hardy performed a Swanton Bomb on Sheamus and Cesaro through two ladders and enabled his brother Matt to retrieve the titles to win the match.

3 Six-Man Tag Team Match - WrestleMania 32

Sheamus was the leader of the League of Nations stable along with Rusev, Alberto Del Rio, and Wade Barrett when he walked into WrestleMania 32 to compete against the New Day.

The foreign heel stable began a rivalry with the New Day after the latter started to mock the League of Nations as the League of Booty. After a series of matches between the members of both teams, they looked to settle the score in a six-man tag team match at WrestleMania 32.

Sheamus picked up the win for his team by taking down Xavier Woods with a Brouge Kick. However, there was no time for them to celebrate as they got taken out by Shawn Michaels, Mick Foley, & Stone Cold Steve Austin after the match.

2 Against Triple H - WrestleMania 26

Triple H takes down Sheamus at WrestleMania 26

Sheamus defended the WWE Championship inside the Elimination Chamber at the titular PPV in 2010 and looked strong after eliminating Kofi Kingston from the match. However, the Celtic Warrior couldn't survive for long as he got eliminated by Triple H.

Sheamus looked to get revenge on Triple H for costing him the WWE Championship, and it led to a match between the two superstars at WrestleMania 26.

The Celtic Warrior walked into his first WrestleMania and had an uphill task of overcoming Triple H. In the end, it was the Game who prevailed and defeated Sheamus with a pedigree.

The Celtic Warrior laid out his challenge by attacking Daniel Bryan after the latter retained the World Heavyweight Championship in an Elimination Chamber match at the titular PPV in 2012.

Sheamus and Daniel Bryan competed in the opening match of WrestleMania 28, and the fans geared up for a long back & forth match between the two superstars. However, Sheamus had other ideas in his mind and defeated Daniel Bryan in 18-seconds to win his first World Heavyweight Championship.
