Big E is one of the most beloved wrestlers in the WWE, and part of the reason for this is his hilarious comedic character who is not afraid of getting embarrassed. Well, for the most part.
Sin Cara Embarrassed Big E
During an episode of their Feel The Power podcast in 2021, The New Day shared an untold tale from Big E's past, one that is both embarrassing and hilarious for him. During his time training for WWE, Big E worked with several wrestlers who would go on to become stars. One of them was Sin Cara, but things got a little bit strange when Big E was working a series of matches with Bobby Dutch.
As Big E explained, "We had a series of maybe like two to three practice matches where Dr. Tom would just put us in the rain together. And these practice matches were fairly loose. Let's say that you just kind of get in there. Do we? I don't know if we had time to talk about it before, in many ways, no, we just get in the ring, and you have a match in front of the boys. And, I can't remember how the first couple of matches started but eventually, he would pants me. We're not out there in gear. We're wearing shorts. That would be it, and it would have popped the boys it would be it. That's why we do so."
Big E explained that he was wearing his sister's old shorts and his clothes at that time were barely holding up, and then the other wrestlers decided to do something insane. He revealed, "People that I thought I had a modicum of rapport with, they all rushed the ring. There was clearly a plan, and you scoffed when I said conspiracy, but there was clearly a plan. It didn't feel organic, it wasn't hey, let's all jump in. It was a tactical charge. And then Jorge (Sin Cara) comes in and that's the reason why I couldn't even get away because everyone dogpiled me. This man Jorge grabs my little bikini drones and strips them off my body."
Xavier Woods Talks About What Sin Cara Did To Big E
Big E's fellow New Day member, Xavier Woods, then jumped into the conversation and explained that it wasn't an ideal experience for anyone due to Big E's fashion choices. He said, "He went to grab them and his fingers got caught in them like brass knuckles because there's all these holes and when he tried to get his hand out because he thought they were getting trapped because they would get stuck in these holes, and you'll pull away the shorts ripped off of your torso, so they didn't get pulled down."
Big E was furious at Sin Cara for doing so and said that he chased the former WWE star all the way to the back.

While as of this writing, Big E is out with a devastating neck injury, previously to it, he was in midst of a career-changing push. Big E's rise to becoming a WWE champion is one of the most inspiring stories in WWE history.
Being a part of The New Day, Big E established himself as one of the funniest and most entertaining performers in the industry, but over time, he began to show a different side of himself, a more serious competitor who showed that determination can lead a person to become a world champion in this industry. His fans eagerly await his return to the ring.
