And this theory was confirmed by his own daughter Stephanie McMahon in an interview with The Bill Simmons podcast. She said, "He feels like [nodding] influences the room. If someone is talking and someone else is nodding, you're going to influence the room. You shouldn't influence the room. Let people think what they want to think. He hates sneezing because it's involuntary, and he cannot control it. He hates sneezing. It's anyone, but especially when it's him."

Vince McMahon's Other Odd Habits
Vince McMahon is known for his no-nonsense approach to business. One of the ways that he enforces this approach is by banning certain words from being used in WWE programming. McMahon's ban on certain words may seem arbitrary to some, but for him, it is all about maintaining control over his brand and image. While he's rarely commented on it, his list of banned words is well-known by fans. One of the most well-known words that McMahon has banned is "wrestling." It is believed that he banned the word "wrestling" from WWE programming because he wanted to distance his company from the negative stereotypes associated with professional wrestling. McMahon wanted to create a more mainstream image for WWE and believed that the word "wrestling" was holding them back.
Another word that McMahon has banned is "belt." Instead of using the word "belt" to refer to championship titles, WWE announcers are instructed to use the term "title" or "championship." The reason for this ban is that McMahon allegedly believes that the word "belt" sounds too casual and unprofessional. He wants to maintain a certain level of prestige and respect for WWE championship titles, and using the word "belt" does not fit with that image.

Changes In WWE Since Vince McMahon's Exit
Vince McMahon resigned from WWE as the head of creative after scandalous allegations against him came to light. McMahon was scrutinized for paying millions in hush money to women who accused him of sexual misconduct. After his departure in July 2022, his son-in-law Triple H has taken over as the head of creative for WWE's shows.
Since Vince left, there have been visible differences in the culture of WWE and the feel of the product. Within his first few months on the job, Triple H made decisions that were the antithesis of Vince's actions. Arguably, the biggest thing he did was that he rehired several WWE stars that were released by the company under McMahon's control. Moreover, in terms of the product, the shows now seem to have more wrestling than ever before. The length of the matches has gotten noticeably longer and some stars that got no push under Vince McMahon's control are getting the spotlight regularly.
Triple H's focus seems to be on making the stars of the future. Fans have greatly appreciated the changes he's brought to the product. However, in January 2023, Vince made his way back into WWE. He serves as the current Executive Chairman of the company. Once he did so, his daughter and Triple H's wife Stephanie McMahon, who was serving as the active Co-CEO of WWE resigned from the business. While WWE and McMahon have made clear that his return to the company is only to handle the sale of WWE's media rights, many fans suspect that Vince will try to use his influence and affect the creative control of the show. However, WWE's current future lies in the hands of Vince McMahon in terms of business and Triple H in terms of the product. Only time will tell if they'll do justice to fans' expectations
