Raw turns 30 tonight with a huge show planned to mark the occasion. You run a show every week for 30 years, especially one that has been three hours long for the past decade or more, and you're going to create a few memorable moments. Odds are everyone's top five Raw moments are different, but WWE has had a crack at listing what it thinks are the most memorable throughout Raw's 30 years.

WWE's Top Five Moments On Raw

These sort of lists are made every time Raw has an anniversary, and since a number of new moments are added between each celebratory show, the list and its order tends to change. WWE's number one is a moment that happened 25 years ago though, and isn't one many fans would argue with. Mankind beating The Rock for the WWE Championship. The pop when Stone's Cold music hits alone warrants its spot at the top of the pile.

It's when you move on down the list that fans will start to find points of contention, even though they all arguably deserve to be there. The first time Austin stunned Vince McMahon is a worthy number two, and Seth Rollins turning on The Shield rounds out the top three. The Rock returning in 2011 is number four, and John Cena being drafted to Raw completes WWE's top five.

No Pipebomb

Perhaps the most notable omission, and one that has been brought up time and time again since WWE published its list, is CM Punk's pipebomb. One of the biggest moments in wrestling history, let alone Raw history, and its absence may well confirm Punk isn't returning to WWE whether his time with AEW has come to an end or not. It isn't his affiliation with AEW keeping him off the list either as Chris Jericho and Big Show have both been shown in packages hyping Raw 30.

There are obviously any number of other moments not in the top five that not only have been in the past, but could easily be in there this time around. Shane McMahon revealing he had bought WCW from under his dad's nose, and Austin giving the McMahons a beer bath, which has been number one on at least one official top Raw moments list in the past, just to name a couple.
